Darshan Academy, Kalka, celebrated Republic Day on the school premises with great enthusiasm. It was a matter of great pride for all of us. The day commenced with the unfurling of the national flag by Headmaster Mr. Nikhil Khurana. The tricolour, symbolizing courage, peace, and truth, fluttered proudly against the azure sky, creating a poignant moment of unity among the students and staff. A vibrant cultural programme followed, showcasing India’s rich diversity and heritage. Students from various classes presented patriotic songs and dance performances. Some of the children participated in dumble and lazium, and a patriotic song was sung by Mr. Jatin. Everyone was mesmerized by the brilliant performances. The event concluded with the national anthem and a vote of thanks by the headmaster.
